Meet the FIT-Lab Team

Nick : Nick is the Chief Executive Officer and Head Coach of the FIT-Body Lab, LLC. and has been a Personal Trainer for more than a decade. He started lifting weights in middle school, at the age of 13, and never stopped. Nick attended LSU, where he studied International Trade and Finance, and was a member of the DKE Fraternity. After September 11, 2001, Nick left college to join the US Navy, where he learned Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing, and he began to train obsessively, and learning everything he could about diet and exercise. Upon finishing his military contract and being honorably discharged, Nick went back to college and became a Personal Trainer to help pay for his schooling. “My 1st training job was working with folks who were overweight, out of shape, had illnesses such as Fibro-Myalgia, Diabetes, and various other medical-related issues, and I LOVED it!” Upon leaving college, Nick went on to be a Financial Advisor with a Fortune 500 Company and then seized an opportunity to get involved in the Oil and Gas Industry. Working 10-12 hours a day and sitting behind a desk all of the time, Nick realized he was getting older and de-conditioned; so, he joined a CrossFit gym, where he worked under several of what he would say were the best trainers in the business today. It was here that Nick finally made the decision that would alter the course of his life; he decided to open the FIT-Body Lab. Now Nick dedicates his time to helping people get in shape, fight illness and disease, and ultimately strive to live longer, healthier and happier lives. Nick obtained his 1st Personal Training Certification in 2008, and now he hold numerous certifications in a various array of disciplines.
