FIT-BODY :  an intro class to learn cross-functional movements and training, and covering everything from the “pull up” to professional movements. This is the stepping stone for the FIT-PRO class.

FIT-PRO : a cross functional, hybrid approach to cross-training. Advanced class for those who are consistent in & out of the gym: Cross-training, weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning and nutrition.

FIT-KIDS : a class-based program for kids, ages 8-14, learning the basics of nutrition and how to exercise and for kids/young-adults. We brought in Pediatricians and kid’s health professionals to build our program.

FIT-DIET : a comprehensive approach to healthy eating; it’s not just what to eat, but WHEN. We’ll monitor your diet and meals, hold seminars, and provide recipes.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING: individual one on one time with a certified personal trainer to help you find, reach and maintain your health goals. Perfect for those who need additional motivation and accountability.

FIT-STRONG: an instructional class on strength based around olympic lifting and barbell work, focusing on technique/form

FAST-FIT: a 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class for those with limited time that want to get in a fast and intense workout

FIT-YOGA: a beginner class that introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by breath with step by step verbal description and demonstration
